01Who we are
FitChic (“we”, “us”), an online fitness and lifestyle brand based in the United Kingdom, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
We run FitChic entirely online, so the best way to reach us about your privacy or your data is by email at [email protected]. If you need our full business details for a formal request, just ask and we’ll provide them.
We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
02What we collect

04Emails and freebies
When you sign up for a freebie, we’ll email it to you and, if you agreed, send you occasional emails about workouts, nutrition and our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to stop them.
05Who we share it with
We only share your information with providers who help us run FitChic, and only what they need:
- Our website, store and email platform, which hosts this site and sends emails
- Our payment provider, which processes card payments
- Professional advisers such as accountants, where needed
- Authorities, if the law requires it
We never sell your personal information.
06International transfers
Some of our providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved contract terms.
07How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: six years, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
08Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it moved to another provider, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] to use any of these rights. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
09Keeping it safe
We use trusted providers and sensible security measures to protect your information. No website is completely secure, so please use a strong password for your email account and keep it private.
